Goddess Retreat and Workshops

Just before Christmas Juria, Adele and their hubbies escaped to a Palm Island, a golf resort in Hui Zhou city, Guang Dong provice in China. Juria and Adele became "golf widows" for the weekend so they decided to spend 3 hours at Le Spa, the spa operating at the golf resort.

While being pampered they met Alison Chan, the owner/operator and they got chatting about blending the healthy lifestyle with meditation/spirituality. During their discussion my name came up and what I was trying to do with my business.

Now fast forward to today! Juria, Alison and I caught up for coffee to discuss working together; Le Spa, Scarlet Tartlet and The Modern Goddess.

Out of our meeting came the 'Goddess Retreat' to be held on 10th and 11th March. It is a weekend of Yoga, Meditation, Dance and Pampering for no more than 20 women. The plan is to have everyone arrive on the Friday night (via shuttle bus from Hong Kong, across to China) and return everyone on the Sunday afternoon.

It's very exciting!!! And if this one is a success, we'll organise one every quarter.

Also while in town I met with a holistic centre, Urban Angels. I facilitated a Goddess Playshop there last week for a gorgeous group of goddesses which included Aimie Mok, the owner of Urban Angels. Aimie is very interested in organising 'public' playshops where anybody interested in attending can attend.

This too is very exciting!!!

I've been saying it's going to be a good year and so far so good.
